The usual delivery time is then 10 to 15 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> No parcels are sent on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consignment tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to check the delivery status of your consignment online at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> It may take 3 to 7 days after dispatch for the tracking data to be available on the respective platform. Please be patient until the information has been fully updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before dispatch:<\/strong> As long as your parcel is not yet on its way, you can cancel your order or change the delivery address.
