Defect-free items will not be accepted for refund. It will take 1 to 3 working days to inspect the return once it has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3 - Requirements for defective items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In order for a defective item to be considered for exchange or credit, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once your application has been checked, it will be processed according to your desired solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Refund to the original means of payment:<\/strong> If you would like a chargeback to your credit card or the original means of payment used, please let us know by e-mail. Processing will take place within 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the return. Promotional and advertising items are generally excluded from reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the case of special offer items, we cannot guarantee that sufficient stock will still be available when the exchange is processed. Sale items will not be reordered.
