Order processing and dispatch times

Once we have received your order, we will begin compiling and dispatching it within 1 to 5 working days. The usual delivery time is then 10 to 15 working days.

Please note: No parcels are sent on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Consignment tracking

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to check the delivery status of your consignment online at any time.

Note: It may take 3 to 7 days after dispatch for the tracking data to be available on the respective platform. Please be patient until the information has been fully updated.

Changes and cancellations

Before dispatch: As long as your parcel is not yet on its way, you can cancel your order or change the delivery address. Simply get in touch with us in good time.

After dispatch: If the parcel is already on its way, subsequent changes of address and refunds are unfortunately no longer possible.

Customs and import duties

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for a number of countries and regions. This means that we take care of customs clearance for you - there are no additional customs costs.

USA Shipping service provider: UPS Excluded: Alaska and Hawaii

Australia Shipping service provider: Australia Post

United Kingdom Shipping service provider: DPD Express (local network)

Europe Shipping service provider: DHL Express / DPD Express

Countries without DDP availability

Due to strict customs regulations, DDP shipping is currently not possible in the following countries not possible:

  • Denmark
  • Australia
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

Note: The actual DDP availability may vary depending on the order. The conditions displayed during the ordering process are decisive.

Further important notes

Remote regions: In remote areas, higher shipping costs may be incurred and the delivery time may be longer. We do our best to ensure reliable and punctual delivery even in such regions.
